Responsibilities
-Provide day to day legal and compliance support to some of the leading Portuguese companies and to an European leader in banking and financial services Group, in Consumer Law, Labour Law, Banking Law, Media, Commercial and Corporate;
-Negotiations, drafting and reviewing partnership agreements, commercial, banking and employment contracts;
-Conduct and investigation of 200 disciplinary and inquiry procedures of four leading Portuguese companies of Distribution of food and beverages Sector;
-Act as business liaison with local regulatory authorities;
-Judicial litigation in the areas of commercial, civil law and labour disputes.
-Legal protection of intellectual property, including trademarks and patents;
- Preparation of employment due diligences;
